Care of your little people and buttons

As with all buttons, you should regularly inspect to ensure that they are well attached to your garment.

Buttons are non-toxic, however they should not be chewed or sucked by babies or toddlers. Like all small objects, unattached buttons are a choking hazard to small children. Do not allow children to chew on buttons as their sharp little teeth can bite through the cotton and detach the button.

Hand or machine wash your buttons, preferably using a gentle cycle. Do not dryclean.

Buttons by Benji buttons are not designed for high stress use such as closing jeans after too many Easter eggs! They will become slightly softer if exposed to high heat, which may make them vulnerable to damage, but they will harden perfectly once heat is removed. For this reason drying in a dryer is not recommended.
